Our journey in the short-term vacation rental market began in 1998 when we purchased our first property near Walt Disney World during our honeymoon. The experience was so incredible that we wanted to share it with others. Since then, we have built a small collection of exclusive short-term vacation rental properties in Florida and California. Additionally, our dedicated support team is committed to offering our guests an unforgettable vacation experience accompanied by friendly and attentive service.
As a family-owned and operated business founded by Jo and Charlie Aunger, we launched Aunger Rentals LLC DBA Aunger Vacation Homes (AungerVacationHomes.com) and Formosa Gardens Estates (FormosaGardensEstates.com) in 2020. We rent and manage only the homes that we own - We are not an agency or management company.
Our goal is to provide the best possible rental experience for you, and we are here to assist you with any inquiries, special requests, or general advice. You will always communicate directly with us, the property owners. Our team has diverse professional backgrounds, including project management, hospitality, and specialized technical skills.
